This Santoku knife is made of high-carbon precision stainless steel
with a laser controlled edge, giving it a sharper, longer lasting
edge. The high strength handle is permanently bonded to the
blade tang for precision accuracy and perfect balance from tip to
end. The Hollow Edge blade helps the knife slip through food,
reducing the drag and adding ease and efficiency when slicing and
dicing. The polypropylene handle makes this knife perfectly
dishwasher safe.
