What are your return policies?
We
will gladly accept any returns within 14 days of purchase.
Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee
for all returned merchandise (this applies to every item) unless you were shipped the
wrong item or the item has verifiable manufacturer defects.
You will be charged a 15% restocking fee if you order the
wrong item OR if you want to exchange an item.
If
you are dissatisfied with any product, please feel free to
return it to us.
Unfortunately we cannot reimburse our customers for
the return shipping costs.
However, you may be credited with the original shipping
costs if the product was defective or the wrong item was
shipped.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing
credit card.
All
returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in
original condition.
All returns that do not meet these criteria will not be
accepted for return.
We recommend that you return all items via UPS or
insured parcel post for proof of delivery.

Is what you sell
brand new?
EVERYTHING we sell is brand new, first quality
merchandise. We are an AUTHORIZED SELLER for all the
manufacturers we represent. Anything you purchase from
us will be BRAND NEW and exactly like you would find in any
department store.
What does "18/10 Stainless
Steel" mean?
The first number relates to the chromium content within the
stainless steel and the second to the nickel content. These
elements give the steel its stainless properties.
"18/10" is the typical composition of the alloy
although it is not unusual to see 18/8 as well. See our

How do I order
more than one set?
Once you place a product in your cart, you will be able to add
to the quantity on your cart page. Enter as many as you
need and click on Update Totals before proceeding to Checkout.

What is the difference between flatware set configurations?
Each stainless steel set we sell may be different in what
is included. Some come in box sets, some come in
traditional Place size....and some come in the larger
Continental size. Please read each product description
carefully to determine what you are getting. We will
mention specifically what the size is on every product
detail page.
What is the difference between a
4-piece flatware place setting and a 5-piece place setting?
The 4-piece place setting consists of a fork, salad fork,
teaspoon and knife. The
5-piece place setting consists of the same pieces with a place
spoon added (aka: oval soup spoon)
What is the difference between
the "Place Spoon" and the "Teaspoon"?
The Place Spoon is the larger spoon in a 5-pc setting -
while the Teaspoon is the smaller spoon in the 5-pc setting.
Some people my call the Place Spoon a Tablespoon....but
technically this is incorrect as a Tablespoon is actually
considered a service item (AKA Serving Spoon) - and would be
much too large to fit in your mouth. Further, some
people confuse the Teaspoon with the Iced Tea Spoon.
As mentioned, the Teaspoon is the smaller spoon in the 5-pc
set, while the Iced Tea Spoon is a spoon with a much longer
handle used to stir iced tea.

Once I order, how long until I can
expect delivery?
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will
ship. Estimated
shipping dates are based on several factors, including your
destination address and how quickly we can assemble items for
shipping. We ship
brand new merchandise, sometimes direct from the factory,
and many orders are delivered within a few days. It depends on
the items ordered and the state they are delivering to and
sometimes can take 10-15 business days. On
rare occasion we experience manufacturer backorder delays,
under such circumstance you will be notified if your expected
delivery exceeds 15 business days.
